Vice-Admiral Afolayan (Rtd) was a distinguished career officer of the Nigerian Navy. He attended the Nigerian Defense Academy (NDA) from where he obtained a Psc (+) degree. He is also a fellow of the Nigerian War College (FWC). He reached the peak of his career when he served as the chief of Naval Staff from where he retired after years of meritorious service in 2005. He is currently into large scale commercial farming and is the chairman of Special Royal Farm, Osi, Kwara State.

Mr. Obiagwu Gabriel is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of resort securities and trust limited, he has gathered wide range practical experiences in audit, accounting, banking and investments at different stages of his career development. He has had top notch training in business driving forces and strategic business mapping with demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans. He obtained his BSc (Accounting) and MSc (finance) respectively from the University Of Lagos, Nigeria. A fellow of the institute of chartered accounts of Nigeria, a fellow of the chartered institute of stockbrokers and an associate of the chartered institute of pension.

He has years of experience in the capital market, finance, manufacturing, and production. He holds a doctorate degree in business administration (marketing), masters of business administration, and masters in international relations and strategic studies ( all from Lagos State University ). He obtained a BSC in banking and finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is a licensed commodities and futures exchange broker. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, UK. He is a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is a member of the Institute of Management of Nigeria. He is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

Joseph Obioha Jideofor Chukwuocha founded j.o.j Chukwuocha&Co. Mr chukwuocha is a principal partner at this company. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He received a graduate degree from the university of Nigeria.
